Tzatziki with parsley

 

Put those wonky cucumber into good use and make yourself a delicious spread and dip for your summer servings. 

DRESSING / 3-4 PAX / 15 MIN / EASY

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 big cucumber

  • 2-3 cloves of garlic

  • A bunch of parsley

  • 3-4 dl soya yogurt, naturel

  • Salt

  • Pepper

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Grate the cucumber 

  2. Drain the grated cucumber and press it hard in your hand, so some of the water will be drained. 

  3. Chop garlic and parsley in smaller pieces

  4. Mix garlic, parsley, cucumber and soya yoghurt

  5. Taste and adjust with some salt and pepper 

  6. Enjoy
