Green smoothie with pear and kale
This “green” smoothie is an easy recipe that is perfect for breakfast, or as a pre-workout drink. If you leave out the peanut butter the smoothie will be nice and green. With it, it will be more of a chocolate brown color. You can change this smoothie up, depending on the different fruit and greens in your Eat Grim box that week.
SIDE / 10 MIN / 2 SERVINGS / EASY
1 apple (cored, and cubed)
1 pear (cubed)
3 large stalks of kale (stems removed)
2 dl milk
1 dl frozen fruit or ice cubes
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp honey
HOW TO MAKE IT
Combine all the ingredients into the blender and blend on high, until you get a smooth consistency, taste and adjust with more fruit, milk, honey or the likes.
